School Family Involvement Plan
2011-2012
Our Mission:
To Fulfill our Mission:
We strive to meet the needs of our diverse student population by implementing various educational programs to accommodate the unique learning styles of our students.
Fundamental to our Mission:
We promote a spirit of collaboration to create a positive school community that embraces lifelong learning and citizenship. Communication among all stakeholders ensures high expectations for student achievement, quality educational programming, and effective allocation of resources.
CORE VALUES
As part of our school mission and vision to provide an environment that encourages life-long growth and responsibility, we have included PBIS as a necessary component of our collaborative learning community. This has been adopted to ensure all students are taught the behaviors and disciplines necessary for successful learning by our diverse population. To create a positive school community, students have three general expectations to follow in all locations at Pioneer Park Elementary School. Students are expected to demonstrate:
· respect for self,
· respect for others, and
· respect for property.
